The full offer of the motor insurance segment in the platform for BIK Serwis

Goal and challenges:

Implementation of a sales platform in the agency channel integrated with Insurance Companies that provide online tariffs.


The launched solution for BIK Serwis allows multiagency employees to go through the full sales path of motor insurance as part of comparing and adjusting the full range of Insurance Companies enabling online premium tariffs on the Polish market.

Together with integration with several Insurance Companies on our insurance bus, we have also implemented a full and modern platform that allows the user to undergo the entire process in a unified and fast way, eliminating the need to prepare offers for the same client in external portals of Insurance Companies and reducing the time needed to analyze differences in scope and prices. The advisor receives a list of offers in line with the results of the client's needs analysis, each of which can still be modified and compared with others. The resulting offer then can be determined and automatically forwarded to the Insurance Companies.

In addition to the Insurance Companies offers available as online tariffs, the platform also supports general contracts operated by BIK Serwis, which allows quick and easy comparison of open offers with general contracts. Thanks to this, in one place we enable comparison of the entire range of offers, so that the advisor, in only one process, can calculate the best offer and present it to the Client.

What is also significant, the Platform has been integrated with internal BIK Serwis systems, thanks to which we have enabled the retrieval of vehicle information and customer data from BIK's internal databases, thanks to which we have gained the maximum acceleration of data collection, which translates directly into a much more efficient work of agents who can now focus stronger on contact with Clients, and not mainly on repeatedly filling forms with the same data.



The implementation process


The implementation of the project was preceded by several-stage workshops with BIK Serwis, analysis of its business environment and analysis of integration with the product systems of Insurance Companies, on the basis of which we proposed high-level functional mockups of key functionalities.

Adaptation and development of the platform

During the following months, integration with key Insurance Companies was implemented to cover the largest sales area of ​​BIK Serwis as soon as possible. As a result, the most important products and functionalities from the point of view of the sales network have been made available, improved and expanded as part of a uniform tool which is BlueBooster.

Installation and further integration with Insurance Companies and BIK Serwis systems

After the testing stage, the platform was made available in production environments, and thus sales within key Insurance Companies were also made available. In the following months, further Insurance Companies were integrated, and functionalities for the sales network were expanded with further necessary mechanisms, including the ability to compare online offers of the Insurance Companies with general contracts.

The effect of over a year of work is a homogeneous sales platform for communication insurance with the integration of 13 Insurance Companies in the full tariff and policy model, including integration with the internal systems of BIK Serwis.
